A bit about me

I’m the Kiwi one that you’ll hear, before you see in the gym. Sydney born and New Zealand raised, I have a very raw but genuine approach to training. I pride myself on each session I lead and aim to leave you in a better place than when you walked in the doors.

Experience / Qualifications

I have always been involved in Team Sports having grown up in New Zealand, I think this is where my passion for Group Training began.

My main background is 10 years of National + International Softball with a side of Cross-Fit & Boxing.

My love for boxing then grew when I moved to Sydney, having now completed my first Amateur Fight in March 2021.

I realised an office job was not for me in which I moved to Coaching 3 years ago and haven’t looked back. I don’t see my job as work, it’s my passion and it’s certainly a privilege to work within the Vale Tudo community and alongside some incredible staff & members that we can have such a big impact on both physically and mentally.

  • Cert 3 + 4 Fitness
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management
  • Strength + Conditioning Level 1
  • Weightlifting Level 1

Favourite training Style

I do love a filthy EMOM or AMRAP with the ergs; I’m very competitive. If you’re not on my team you’re in my way 😂

Your comfort zone is a safe place, but nothing grows there…

What do you love about your job?

As a coach, the most rewarding part for me is helping members and clients discover their potential. Having such an influential role in regards to their education around fitness and being a part of them changing their lives for the better is the reason I do what I do.
