Training goes beyond physical at VTT.

As part of our approach to holistic education, we run regular health and fitness workshops open to the whole community where participants get tips and demonstrations from our team of experienced coaches and industry experts.

You’ll learn about everything from kickboxing to maintaining muscle mass and bone density as you age.
