How to get started

Follow these 3 simple steps

Getting started with Momence is easy as 1,2,3! Follow these steps to set up your account and access your training schedule:

1. Reset your password

Check your email for a password reset link from Momence. If you can’t find it, click here to reset your password: https://momence.com/forgot-password

Important: Use the same email address as your current Vale Tudo Training account.

2. Download the Momence app

Download on the App StoreGet in on Google Play

Log in with your email and the new password you set.

3. Update your payment information

Log into the app or website and go to: My Account > Payment Methods > Add New Card. You can also set up direct debit for convenient, secure payments.

Frequently asked questions

General questions

When does the new system go live?

The new system will go live for Botany on the 12th February and Gladesville and Picton on the 18th February 2025. Please set up your account and update your payment details before this date to ensure uninterrupted access.

Will my current memberships and bookings transfer to Momence?

Yes, all active memberships, bookings, and passes will transfer seamlessly to Momence. If you notice anything missing, please contact us.

Do I need to create a new account in Momence?

No. We’ve created your account for you. Simply set your password using the email we’ve sent you.

What if I didn’t receive the setup email?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there, click here to reset your password or contact us for assistance.

Using Momence

How do I set up my account?

You’ll receive an email with a link to set your password. Use the same email linked to your Vale Tudo Training account. Once your password is set, you’re ready to log in!

How do I book a class?

After logging into Momence, view the schedule, select your class, and confirm your booking.

Can I book classes through the website or app?

Yes, you can book classes via both the Vale Tudo Training website and the Momence app.

Where can I find the class schedule?

The full class schedule is available on the Momence platform. You can view it on desktop or mobile through the app.

Can I sync my bookings with my calendar?

Yes! You can easily sync your bookings with Google Calendar for better planning.

Payment and Billing

How do I update my payment information in Momence?

Log into your account, go to My Account > Payment Methods, and add your preferred card or bank account details. Credit cards can be added through the mobile app and web browser.

To add a bank account (BSB/Acc), it can only be done via web browser, or contact staff to add the details.

What happens if my payment fails?

Payments will be retried every three days, up to three attempts. If payment issues persist, update your payment method or contact us for assistance.

Are there transaction fees with Stripe?

Stripe charges a small processing fee (2.75% + $0.30 for cards, 2% + $0.30 for direct debit). This ensures secure and reliable payment processing.

Will my payment history transfer to Momence?

Yes, your payment history from the previous platform will be transferred. But your payment method (i.e. card/bank details) will need to be re-entered again. If you need a record of past payments, contact us, and we’ll provide it.

Features & Memberships

Why has my membership name changed?

Some membership names have been updated for easier management in Momence. Your payment cycles and term commitments remain exactly the same. Contact us if you have any questions.

What’s the difference between memberships and subscriptions?

In Momence, memberships are now referred to as subscriptions. This change only affects the terminology—your benefits remain unchanged.

What new features does Momence offer?

Will my booking credits or passes still be valid?

Yes, your existing credits and passes have been carried over to Momence.

Technical & Troubleshooting

What should I do if I forget my password?

Use the “Forgot Password” link on the Momence login page to reset it. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email.

What if I experience technical issues with Momence?
