Our basis in training comes from hybrid training principles which increases the metabolism, sheds body fat, increases muscle and makes the body more efficient. Our programming includes strength, power, endurance, speed, flexibility, balance and agility, as well as exciting and challenging conditioning including boxing and mixed martial art movements.

We make no apologies for the high intensity of our training. You will sweat. You will release endorphins and your mood will be elevated. You will create stronger muscles. We will ask you to push harder… and commit.

The VTT hybrid training facility is specifically designed to allow the delivery of training programs that incorporate strength, plyometrics, calisthenics, cardio, boxing and MMA disciplines.

All training sessions are programmed and delivered by our qualified S&C Coaches who understand how to build the athletic physique and are ready to motivate, educate and drive your performance.

We have deliberately included BOXING & MMA into our training sessions. Both disciplines stimulate the mind and body, increase focus, discipline, self confidence and require a lot of SWEAT!

GROUP TRAINING

VTT group training sessions are your best source of MOTIVATION and serve as an encouragement boost to keep you moving and pushing hard. By booking in your training sessions, you will be held ACCOUNTABLE for turning up and putting in 100%. Because class numbers are limited, you will be given the support and intensive instruction you need to enjoy every training session.

There’s no doubt that MMA fighters are amongst the fittest people on the planet. They are hybrid athletes that have it all — great cardio, awesome strength, discipline, and incredible coordination and movement.

At Vale Tudo Training we put a strong focus on boxing and MMA-inspired exercises throughout the week and we have created sessions where you can move, think, breath AND train like a fighter. It’s the perfect way to not only boost physical performance but build confidence, challenge ability and blow off steam.

When it comes to fitness, MMA is the most kick-ass workout there is.
