Our basis in training comes from hybrid training principles which increases the metabolism, sheds body fat, increases muscle and makes the body more efficient. Our programming includes strength, power, endurance, speed, flexibility, balance and agility, as well as exciting and challenging conditioning including boxing and mixed martial art movements.

The VTT hybrid training facility is specifically designed to allow the delivery of training programs that incorporate strength, plyometrics, calisthenics, cardio, boxing and MMA disciplines.
All training sessions are programmed and delivered by our qualified S&C Coaches who understand how to build the athletic physique and are ready to motivate, educate and drive your performance.
We have deliberately included BOXING & MMA into our training sessions. Both disciplines stimulate the mind and body, increase focus, discipline, self confidence and require a lot of SWEAT!
