Hybrid
VTT's signature training session
HYBRID is programmed by our expert strength and conditioning coaches using advanced training methods that keep challenging your body. These sessions will make you more powerful, leaner, faster, release endorphins, improve mental resilience, and performance.
Sessions involve barbell movements that get you strong, accessory movements that promote muscle growth, and intense conditioning that burn fat and develop your work capacity. All in a supportive environment of a community that pushes you forward and celebrates your wins.
Strength
For people who want to lift, build power and strength
STRENGTH is designed around the concept of periodisation with each week building on the previous with focused attention to maximise your performance. Whether you’re just starting with lifting or chasing the next PB, STRENGTH caters to any level and delivers the results based on your personal goals.
You’ll focus on the main barbell movement of the day to build strength and performance, followed by accessory lifts and skill work, that help you maximise gains, improve body composition and athletic performance.
Combat
Designed to get you into knockout shape
Mix up your training, challenge your mind, and take your skillset to the next level. Completing the picture of the hybrid athlete, COMBAT sessions focus on improving your technique, coordination, and speed. They will also help with stress relief, focus, self confidence, and discipline.
Our COMBAT classes involve pad work, boxing bags, technical drills, and punching combos together with MMA-inspired conditioning movements that will fire up your heart rate, get you shredded, and test your capacity.
Fight Fit
Tap into your inner beast and leave nothing behind
Inspired by the style of training a fighter would do when getting ready to fight, this unique session will increase your power, speed, sharpen your technique, and enhance your energy capacity as well as boost metabolism, and improve your body’s ability to adapt to stress.
The session is split into two halves. The first block you’ll be striking using boxing bags, boxmasters, and pads. The second half focuses on boxing-specific conditioning such as skipping, sprawls or wall throws, that make you stronger, faster and more explosive.
ADrenaline
Get your heart pumping
ADRENALINE incorporates strength & metabolic conditioning, in a format that is short, sharp, and high in intensity. Each workout is formatted differently to make your routine interesting and keep you motivated. If you are not afraid of going HARD, this one's for you.
Be ready to lift, run, move fast, and set your lungs on fire with minimal rest. An intense in-and-out type of workout that is typically 30 minutes long and will fire up your central nervous system, sculpt your muscles, and burn calories long after you walk out the door.
ESD
Build your engine
Our ENERGY SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT session is a unique opportunity to take your training to the next level and work on improving your endurance and work capacity. Programmed to cycle through aerobic, anaerobic, and lactic training, ESD will build your engine and improve your VO2 max.
The session includes bike/run/ski/row paired up with bodyweight movements and light weights. It will help you enhance sports performance, improve your day-to-day energy levels and allow you to work more efficiently and longer at higher levels.
Bootcamp
Tap into your inner athlete
Whether you’re an athlete in the pre-season or just want to train like one, this outdoor training session is specifically designed to enhance your athletic performance.
Each session is held at infamous pre-season training locations of professional sporting teams and will test your physical and mental endurance. With sprints and endurance training for aerobic conditioning and explosive power drills, our trainers will push you beyond your point of failure to achieve maximum results and fitness.
Pilates
Move efficiently, move balanced, move pain-free
The perfect addition to any intense training regime. Located in our first floor studio in Botany, our pilates sessions will strengthen muscles, improve postural alignment and flexibility.
For all fitness levels, pilates will help your body be the well-oiled machine it’s supposed to be through foundation movements targeting the core and base exercises designed to fine-tune the rest of your body.
Super Saturday
Start your weekend with a bang
Set yourself up for a good weekend with an intense Saturday morning session. With the mission of creating a complete hybrid athlete, this class will improve your strength, endurance and push your mind and body to the next level by combining lifting, metabolic conditioning, and boxing.
Get ready for a dose of endorphins, a great atmosphere with pumping music, and a big community feel to level up your training. Start your weekend with the feeling that you pushed yourself to the limit and walk out a better version of yourself than you came in.

How do we do this? With very careful programming. By paying very close attention to goals, schedules, current fitness levels, priorities, recovery, and nutrition. By taking into account every bit of that to determine what is truly important for training, cutting out the crap, and then focusing in hard. By training really smart, and really hard. And recovering hard too.
