A bit about me

I'm a Chilean born girl that loves food. Being of South American decent, I can be super chilled and relaxed but when it's time to train the hot Latina fire surfaces and it's  GO TIME..... NO EXCUSES!

Whether it is pushing you to your absolute limits to prove to you that your'e more capable than you think or mentally helping you break down barriers, I'm all about bringing out the best in people.

One of my greatest objectives is to learn each day and never stop growing.

I found boxing when I was just starting out as a coach and have been lucky enough to compete in the ring and understand why I fell in love with the sport in the first place.

I have been fortunate enough to work and learn along side all the coaches I have around me at VTT as well as some awesome athletes.

  • Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness
  • Certified Boxing coach
  • Weightlifting Level 1

Favourite Training style

I love to mix it up strength and endurance work but my favourite style by far is Boxing.

What do you love about your job?

I love that I can apply what I know and help others achieve their goals. We aren’t just a normal gym, we are more of a community and have that family atmosphere. I love the energy and the ability to show others that you can change your “can’t” mindset to “Yes I can"
